RÉARD Paris offers two types of returns, both can be actioned through your online customer account at www.reard.com. Returns are free, easy and are shipped with UPS.
If you would like to return your order, please ensure you have started your return online within 14 days of the delivery date. You will then have another 14 days to have the order with the courier.
Luxury Return Service
A seamless returns process that couldn't be easier, just activate your return online at www.reard.com and ensure your return is packaged and ready for the UPS courier to come and pick it up. The rest is done for you. You will be notified of the progress of your return as it travels back to the RÉARD Paris Head Office. There is a small cost for this luxury service of 10€/$/£ which will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
Standard Return Service
Return your order with our easy returns service. Activate your return online at www.reard.com and print off the supporting returns document. Package up your return, stick the courier information to the outside of the parcel and drop it to your nearest UPS access point. You will be notified of the progress of your return as it travels back to the RÉARD Paris Head Office. The Standard Returns service is free of charge.
WHAT TO INCLUDE
Returns will only be processed if these rules are followed:
- Item in an unworn condition
- Hygeine sticker still attached
- All original tags must still be attached to the item
- Return must have been activated online
- Returns time frame must be followed - return begun within 14 days, return with the courier after a following 14 days
- If you are returning part of your order, you can return just that piece in it's clear plastic pouch with the corresponding barcode. You will receive a UPS bag from the courier or UPS access point that your item can be shipped in.
- If you are returning your whole order, please package up everything - including the washing bag and travel pouch and send the entire box back to us.
